How do I get started?
Choose Basic or Premium at hrxperience.net and create your HR administrator account. Then complete checkout. The workspace opens when the subscription is confirmed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Your team signs in from any modern browser on desktop or mobile.
What is the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic is $99.50 per month for up to 25 active employees and the core HR tools. Premium is $199 per month and adds unlimited employees, the full Payroll module, digital payslips and custom workspace branding. You can upgrade later, and your data carries over.
Does payroll come with specific benefit types?
No. Nothing is preloaded. On Premium you add the contributions, member-number fields and tax brackets that apply to your organization.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime from your Whop account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. After that the workspace is suspended and your data is kept for 30 days so you can renew or export it. After 30 days it may be permanently deleted and cannot be restored by renewing.
